Customer Service: Shipping Policy
Carrom only ships products to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping costs are included in the price of all products displayed. Products are shipped UPS or Fedex Ground. Please provide a complete shipping address. UPS/Fedex will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please include the company name if shipping to a commercial address.. Tracking information is available upon request at 888-714-6637. NOTE: Please be sure to inspect your purchase for shipping damage(s) when it arrives at your door. If the packaging has any holes or dents in it, please note "damaged" on the delivery papers as you sign for your purchase. Claims for transportation damage(s) are not accepted by the delivering carrier without this documentation and can affect the replacement process. When "damaged" is noted, claim must be filed within 48 hours. Please call 888-714-6637 at once. Please note that claims for damage(s) can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Credit card orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, Inhomegames.com will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your product order. At that time, you may cancel your order if the ship date is not satisfactory to you. *Sorry, Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders including APO, AE addresses are subject to different shipping terms.
